WARRANTY COVERAGE: During the warranty period, you must contact us if one of the
purchased items is (or becomes) defective so as to obtain an RMA #. We will either replace or repair
(at our discretion) any defective item free of charge. You
will have to assume the cost of shipping it back to us. The product serial # will be required to validate
the warranty. Please note that the foresaid warranty only covers
failure due to defects in materials or workmanship under intended use.
Damages caused by you automatically void the warranty
coverage. |
|
|
|
RETURN POLICY: Return of a first-time
sample is allowed within 14 days from the invoice date. You must
request an RMA # before shipping any product back to us. Returned goods
with damaged components (manual included) or original packaging will be
disputed with PayPal or with your credit card company. So,
please make sure you do NOT damage anything (factory packaging included) while
testing the product during the trial period before the return policy
expires. It's a good practice NOT to mount anything with screws while
testing. Screws do damage the product under test. The next
customer in line doesn't want to see scratches anywhere on the product when
he/she excepts something brand-new. |
|
|
|
SHIPPING
TERMS: We ship via UPS to continental U.S.A. and via USPS to
international destinations. Delivery charges will be billed at the time of shipping, based
on actual cost + $10 handling charge. You
will also have to assume postal customs import fees when shipping from
outside your country. |
|
|
|
YOUR
PRIVACY:
We will not share your business nor personal information with anyone.
The information collected is only for us internally and for the shipping
carriers, such as United Parcel Service, United States Postal Service and
Canada Post, so that they can reach you in case of failed delivery attempts. |
